-Finally, a Big 3 playing in Triple Play! Too bad it was lost though.
-What a bizarre Double Cross setup. Nichole didn't even have to lift a finger.
-Tough luck in Master Key but it was partly on him for not choosing Key 1 or 5.

(Incidentally, a GP and SP game in the same half happens more often than one might think. 4/15/20 was the most recent occurrence.)

Live for the present.  Embrace the future.  Our favorite game show is still producing excellent, high quality, exciting, hour-long* shows every weekday throughout its traditional season window.  It’s as good as it’s been in a long, long time.  If the 1980s were the ‘good ole days’ for the Barker era, so is RIGHT NOW for the Carey era.  Don’t worry about what the future holds.  It will play out in due time.  Enjoy what we have right in front of us in the meantime!

Playing from home, my Check-Out total was $14.45. I knew one of the last two items would be the deceivingly expensive item, but both were a little more than either the contestant or I guessed, resulting in the loss.

Two trip wins and every other PG lost, just like yesterday.

Have we run out of budget on the season already? I'm getting very afraid of what is to come.

All 4 turntable quickies in 2 straight shows is absolutely horrible. 3 of them were for trips as mentioned above, also horrible.

Intentionally not playing a Big 3 game for over two months is absolutely deplorable, but that's nothing new, is it?

TP: Great to see it, but man those first two cars were cheap, even for this game.

Double Cross: First time since 5/6/19 that the top prices were correct in this game. That was setup to be lost.

Master Key: Always great to see this game, never good to see nothing but 1 SP won. But tpir04 said it well--pick key 1 or 5!

That was the hardest Double Cross setup I think I’ve seen.

Setting aside my feelings about this show in general, I will say Flip Flop was a lot of fun to watch!  Starting from Cynthia's PREVIOUS one-bid, to her "last bid" to get up on stage, to the audience and Drew "getting into it" with each other, and Cynthia listening to the audience for the win.  Good fun for that game!

What a interesting episode. Some of the contestants were lively and helped to buoy the show a bit, but the lineup/setups left a lot to be desired.

Triple Play showing up was nice, but not getting to the final car was a bit of a bummer. As others have already said, the was probably the hardest Double Cross playing I've seen since its premiere playing.

Also, when Master Key came up sixth, I swear I've only seen it at the end of shows. After looking it up, lo and behold, its been played sixth in 5 of its 6 playings this year and fifth in the lone exception. Is there some possible reason to why it had been pushed to the end of shows that I'm not seeing?

I hope to care about anything as much as you hate this show.
Torgo has left the building. John and I never really cared for the way he presented himself.

but more frequent BIg 3 playings would only cause more problems if won for the budget

Interesting that people consider that Double Cross setup hard, I thought it was one of the easier ones. When I saw the pizza oven, I figured around 3 thousand like we usually see, with a standard 2 thousand computer. When we saw the choices were 1,5,6,7, that made the 5 the easy choice. I had trouble seeing 5, let alone picking 6 or 7.

The only reason to doubt that 5 was that it was the rare 'no move' choice. Which has happened before, I believe.
