CSS16 PLAYOFF LEADERBOARD
« on: May 01, 2020, 05:09:45 PM »
Remember you must play 3 of the last 5 games to qualify! No coasting with a big early lead, defend your score or strategically time your sitting out!
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

Just like that everyone below 5th has a horrible average... it is early, though.

While Thupa does lead by plenty he's used up 3 of his skips already, this is not insignificant.

Sad state of affairs for the top cashers in these playoffs... but it's a tale that will has been and will be told time & time again, no?

While I sat out, the other top 3 competitors all strengthened their positions. It might be a close one!

It's time for the final 5. Tris, Fieldsy & I won't let Thupa coast, perhaps.

Not much change at the top today. Our first player dipped under the line, always a sad thing but real life happens, especially now.

Safety bids by me today were not so hot, but "scoring is better than 0" really does apply as I still have a lead, the size of which doesn't matter when my competitors need to DSW to catch up.

Tris has put himself with a puncher's chance with that DSW today. And a puncher's chance is all you need potentially on the last day.

One thing I can't help but note is how the bonus points, putting weight on the regular season, are really mattering here. I'm happy with this format, I really am.
