What's the most number of second chances found in a single playing?

Most of the playings I've watched only had 1 SC slip punched, including more than $10K wins ($10,050 on a Kennedy playing, $10,100 in 1990 and $10,500 in 2003).

The most I've seen is two.
"Audience, if you're scared buy a dog!"

I think I've seen 2 second chances punched before, but those are just as rare as getting 1.

Got a date on the 1990 win? It's not in FAQ that I could see, and would like to see it. Am sure would be good to note there too as well if you had it.

It happened on the 18th of May 1990.

As a correction and to play off what a few others said, the Kennedy $10,050 win actually had 2 SC's punched, not 1. Thanks BTW for locating the 1990 win, I couldn't find it though I tried matching dates and lineups from that year.

What I meant is only one SC was punched on the $10K win, excluding the other SC punched before it.

Oh ok. I don't think that was the question though.....unless I am wrong. It was meant to be about overall I believe, not just in a single turn.
