I noticed that during One Away, the colors were flipped. Are there any other known occurrences of this happening?

Also, this is one of the last episodes to have the previous buzzer sound that was first used in 1986. Of course, the same D-sharp pitch would carry over to the current sound which was established in time for the landmark 20th season. BTW, when you compare the two, the one used now has a much angrier tone, and the old one feels more disappointed.

Also looking at this episode I noticed the curtains behind the audience were un-reversed to green-red-blue-orange-green-red-blue-orange-green by this point, narrowing the change between April 5 and 29.
