Whoa, a tie in Give or Keep. It must not have happened much more often, and likely before long, the game was always set up where a tie was impossible, especially given Bob's explanation of "If you keep more than you give away" as opposed to "at least as much as you give away".

The good old days where $1000 or more off was Garf territory. Also, this is currently the latest circulating episode where the show is still billed as "The New Price Is Right". About five taped shows later, "new" would be dropped.
Now open for tape trading! Please PM me for an offer with a list included.

Couple of other things I should also note:

"From Television City in Hollywood" tag that started in November 1972 in the opening before the spiel is dropped by this episode. Given this episode was taped on May 5, 1973, it would be safe to assume the tag was dropped no later than June 1, 1973 (#0395D), which also was taped on May 5, 1973 after a three-week taping break, as the tag was still present through at least May 8, 1973 (taped on April 1).

The short multi-buzzers method of overbids in Contestants' Row is in effect by this point, previously it was a single long buzzer just like losing certain pricing games or incorrect guesses, as the February 14, 1973 episode still had the single long buzzer method.
