Greatest number elected to spin again in SCSD?

What is the greatest number that the first or second spinner has had in their first spin of a Showcase Showdown and willingly elected to spin the Big Wheel a second time?

If I had to guess 75 cents.....which twice actually led to the contestant getting a quarter to reach a dollar on the subsequent spin believe it or not.

Wasn't there a guy who spun again on a high number, went over, then said he didn't know that he couldn't go over and Bob was like, "Sorry, but we explained that to you"?

June 13th, 1997: Keven spins again on a 75 and goes over, claiming he didn't know he couldn't go over 1.00. Bob described the rules before everyone spun.

May 7, 1996: Larry spins again on a 75 with the prior spinner having gone over, gets 25 in his second spin and wins $1,000. I believe there were one or two other occasions of this or similar happening.

Wasn't there an instance where the third spinner spun a relatively high number which would have made him the winner over the current leader, but he insisted on spinning again because he wanted to try for the dollar?
