When adding up SC1 using prices from last season, you get to 32 or 33k. A potential Utah pandemic-related drop doesn't explain all of it - the 2021 Mazda 3 seems to have gone down by $1000, comparing to 2020, when I google it. Tricky tricky... Cephas is the only 30k bid that survived for the cash here.

SC2 looked like a fireball, but apparently the usual Golden West pool table was sexed up this time. 3 DSWs and a WSD on this ending, with bigblue hitting that sweet spot for the DSW cash, 88JR gets an overall win.
