Everything went wrong today, but it really all started off with an impossible Bag setup. No clue what the heck that was, I know Planters are a premium brand but that looked like a $6-7 GP, not the 4k bag. And a very rare cleaner type was dirt cheap right after. They continue to put these impossible setups 1st (dating back to Pa# on Friday), when that should be a very occasional event.

Range wasn't a gimme, but DP was supposed to be and I don't think they were trying to be super evil in Math, but I could be wrong - 6 car games out of 10 were won last week.

Key was about as easy as it could be on the SPs, tired of people missing those critical ones.

The lineup was trash today. Are they really still overtiming Gridlock (and maybe Range)? They even possibly set up Gridlock for a wipeout.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

Drew seemed to have forgotten that the new Master Key props were revealed last season.

Six episodes in and we already have a PG shutout...yikes.

2/10

P.S: I knew Price would eventually offer a trip outside the US this season. If WHEEL and LMaD can do it, so can this show.

Cashews in Bag were tough, I know they're expensive but $8.49? Que??? Same with Math, 65 inch is usually cheap but maybe it was because OLED or something. Double Prices however, was winnable, at least in my opinion. Oh well. One of the more lackluster shows we've had in a while.

Still loving the redesigned Master Key though.

Live for the present.  Embrace the future.  Our favorite game show is still producing excellent, high quality, exciting, hour-long* shows every weekday throughout its traditional season window.  It’s as good as it’s been in a long, long time.  If the 1980s were the ‘good ole days’ for the Barker era, so is RIGHT NOW for the Carey era.  Don’t worry about what the future holds.  It will play out in due time.  Enjoy what we have right in front of us in the meantime!

This really didn't feel like a show where almost nothing was won.  Drew kept everything moving even when poor Sheila lost Range Game by 10 bucks.

I was surprised they offered a trip to Mexico in the Showcase.

Six episodes in and we already have a PG shutout...yikes.

2/10

Dude, did you even watch the show?  This was a fun episode.

If you're going to base your comments entirely around how much was won, you don't need to post.  You really don't need to post again to act extra disgusted by adding COLOR! to your rating.

Anyone find it odd in Master Key that Drew physically removed the key for the contestant (as he did for a few seasons earlier in his hosting career)? It looks like the producers decided to stage it this way because Drew has to be by the keys to pull out the correct price tags and they wanted to avoid an awkward switch of positions and then a switch back to maintain 6 feet. When Drew handed the key back to the contestant to try the locks, the show cut away from the handoff.

The lineup was trash today. Are they really still overtiming Gridlock (and maybe Range)? They even possibly set up Gridlock for a wipeout.
They had enough time to air an overbid in contestant's row! The Big Wheel was spun only 7 times today, one more than the minimum, which likely added to some extra time.

Sorry, I didn't catch all of the episodes last season, and Drew's comment made me think it was the first showing.  Nonetheless, I still think it looks great!

They continue to put these impossible setups 1st (dating back to Pa# on Friday), when that should be a very occasional event.

Those Brillo branded cleaners seem to have shown up in quite a few places here lately and they are cheap - like $2 for a large bottle of dishwashing soap.  Prior to this, I can only remember seeing that name on the Steel Wool pads and other sponge type items.

The cashews do sound a bit high (even though cashews are normally on the higher end of nuts) - maybe they have some type of "premium" line now?

Anyone find it odd in Master Key that Drew physically removed the key for the contestant (as he did for a few seasons earlier in his hosting career)? When Drew handed the key back to the contestant to try the locks, the show cut away from the handoff.

It looked like when Drew grabbed the key, he grabbed from the bottom (where it goes into the lock), while the contestant held it by the top - that would eliminate any issues of both touching it.
