E True Hollywood Story availability

I know this is an occasional question or discovery on here, but...anyone have a link or copy of TPIR episode of E True Hollywood Story?

You would think given how often it has been taken down from YouTube that it would be available for purchase/download/ondemand officially somehow. But it is not, correct?
