That's Too Much! was won today. Nice! :-)

Attention Punchboard light operator: $10,000 is no longer the top prize in Punch-A-Bunch. ;-)

Canned audience noise during the playing of Clock Game?? The game where the audience is supposed to be quiet?? What would Bob say? :)

Been a while since Drew dropped the "you're gonna have to pay taxes" line after a good result.

Not that Vanessa had much of a chance to win with just 4 seconds left after the first prize, but it definitely didn't help starting her bid for the second prize at $2,000.

Very nice $10,000 win in Punch a Bunch.

I love that we're suddenly getting to see all-overbids again.

Clock Game was painful to watch.

I don't think Christine's first punch in Punch a Bunch actually went through the paper.  I was kind of disappointed that they edited out whatever she or Drew did to get to the slip.

Speaking of Punch a Bunch, this was the first time there's been a $10,000 graphic since they increased the top prize, wasn't it?

The last time someone won $10k on Punch ( with a normal board layout ) was 6/19/17 and it did have a $10k graphic as well.

I'm still mad that they preempted this episode, causing me to miss out on three great things: Bullseye won on the very first try, That's Too Much! getting a rare win, and $10,000 being won in Punch-a-Bunch. Oh well...I'm glad that at least we have the Barker reruns to fall back on in situations like the one I had to go through.

Really?

Dude, you live in the U.S.  You have access to CBS.com.  Suck it up, wait until 6:00 in the evening, and watch the show on the internet.

We're in the middle of a freaking global pandemic.  Price being pre-empted is a minor inconvenience, not "a situation you had to go through."  I'm half tempted to ban you for saying something this idiotic.

1. Do not flame or belittle someone for his or her opinions. We all think differently and may not agree with other's opinions. With that said, tasteful debate is encouraged! If you disagree with someone, please disagree with a little bit of “class”. DO NOT get personal with someone regarding an opinion that you may not agree with

I had to check the rules to make sure. In my opinion, what Steve just posted violated these rules. Teddy gave his opinion, that’s all. If this is how it is around here I have no reason to stay. Sad, because I have loved TPIR since the beginning.

How do we moderate the moderators?

If your outraged that Price is preempted over news coverage of the pandemic, then your priorities need to be straightened. It was Steve’s right call to point it out.

That rule exists for things like, "I don't like Penny Ante as much as most people," not, "The show getting pre-empted is even worse than that time my dog died."

That rule exists for things like, "I don't like Penny Ante as much as most people," not, "The show getting pre-empted is even worse than that time my dog died."

That, and Teddy was suspended once for making insensitive remarks caring more about the show being off the air because of the current global health crisis... one that has taken the lives of entirely too many people, and has wreaked havoc on the global economy.

Steve might be only half-tempted to ban Teddy for that remark, but I'm not. He's been warned so many times about his posting behavior. Strike three, game over, nice knowing you.
