Two other country music stars have passed, all of them having No. 1 presence on the Billboard country charts:

* Jan. 1 – Misty Morgan, one half of a husband-and-wife with Jack Blanchard, died of cancer at age 75. Jack and Misty had a No. 1 country and surprise No. 23 pop hit in the spring of 1970 with "The Tennessee Birdwalk."

* Jan. 8 – Jamie O'Hara, who died of cancer at age 70. He was also half of a duo, the O'Kanes, in the late 1980s, their biggest hit coming in the spring of 1987 with the No. 1 hit "Can't Stop My Heart From Lovin' You." He also wrote many songs, including the No. 1 hits "Older Women" by Ronnie McDowell (1981), "Grandpa (Tell Me 'Bout the Good Ol' Days)" by the Judds (1986) and "Man To Man" by Gary Allan (2003).

Along with Ed Bruce's passing, looks like country music stands to lose more of our favorite legends in 2021. RIP to them all.

I wonder if John Reilly appeared on any of the following:
Daytime Family Feud
All Star Biltz
Double Talk
The remake of Match Game

I'd be surprised if he appeared on Now You See It '89 or even Family Feud Challenge, the 2 shows that he wasn't supposed to appear.

I believe he did do a stint or two on Daytime Feud with at least Dawson, could be wrong but I don't think so.

Music producer Phil Spector, whose “Wall of Sound” style revolutionized the way rock music was recorded in the early 1960s, and whose achievements were all but overshadowed by a 2009 conviction for the 2003 murder of actress Lana Clarkson. Passed away Saturday at age 80. No cause of death was given.

Listening to the Braves games on radio won't be the same without Don. He's in the big booth in the sky with Ernie Johnson, Skip Caray and Pete "The Professor" Van Wieren.

Hank Aaron, the Hall of Fame slugger whose 755 career home runs long stood as baseball's golden mark that stood as the major league record until Barry Bonds broke it in 2007 and still holds major league records for RBIs (2,297), total bases (6,856) and extra-base hits (1,477), has died at age 86, cause of death not disclosed.
