Brian Goldner, the long-time chairman and CEO of toy and media company Hasbro, has passed away at the age of 58. His death comes just days after it was announced that he would be stepping aside from his duties to focus on cancer treatments.

Man, that sucks.


Several people may have various opinions as it relates to politics and the government, and several people (like yours truly) have no opinion and aren't on either side.  Mr. Powell was probably a man that lacked much, if any controversy.  A true hero IMO.  He served his country, fought for the USA, and put America first.  No bias from Colin.

Sad news to report from within the anime industry.

Anime voice actor Christopher Ayres, the voice of Frieza in the English dub of Dragon Ball Z Kai through Dragon Ball Super, has died yesterday, 10/18/21, after suffering from complications related to End-Stage COPD. He was 56.

Actor Peter Scolari, best known for his roles in Bosom Buddies, Newhart, among others, died this morning from a two-year battle with cancer, he was 66.

For any of you who happen to listen to Boston Sports talks on the Radio or WNZ, one of the sports casters named Bob Neumeier has sadly passed away at the age of 70. The cause of death was congestive heart failure

Veteran NFL official Carl Madsen passes away

Mr. Madsen died on the way home following his work at Music City working the Chiefs/Titans game.  While not as known as guys like Mike Pereira, Ed Hochuli, and Gene Steratore, he was very-well respected.  One of the best in terms of replay; earlier in life, Carl served in the military.  To be more accurate, he was part of the US Air Force in the 70s.

Neumeier was on WBZ, not WNZ(which , I believe, doesn't exist).
