TVPMM questions about music and videos access

I've been watching a heck of a lot of TPIR since the holiday break and gotten way into the musical cues.  Just hearing about TVPMM through a search of this thread.  Since it appears to be totally behind a paywall, I was wondering if anyone could provide some info. 

If one is a member, is the content only playable/streamable on the site, or is it downloadable?  Does the same apply to both music files and videos?   Only interested in personal use of course.

Its only streamable. But still totally worth it.
