Well, no 3-0 start for It’s In The Bag.  Still, it is amazing that everyone this season has picked the products in the correct order and/or spot.

It’s never not a bad idea whenever Gridlock is part of the lineup on a typical day.

There may have been a handful of people that didn’t think Any Number was difficult.  Maybe it wasn’t, but IMO, that was not an easy setup.  In all fairness, when one is playing for a car, they have to earn it.  Fortunately, the money in the piggybank was not won (looked like it was about to be in just 3 choices).  Prior to that segment…

“Once it dings, there’s nothing I can do about it.” – Drew Carey

LOL.  Here’s the thing.  The ninth contestant was not certain of her final bid and that’s not Drew’s fault or anyone else.  She “went with” $1,420, but then she appeared to want to change her mind.  Not that it matters, but there’s no telling if she had second thoughts and wanted to change it to a simple $1,400.  That would’ve been correct too for yet another perfect bid (following several on the show).  If that’s the case or if she wanted to go lower, that is a bummer.  On a fast moving show, one can’t be changing their bids, especially when you say something that qualifies and it’s displayed

Okay, I've been out of it for a long time, so this has probably been said 20 times already. But isn't Gridlock! just a cashless version of (older) Money Game? It's not a bad game, it just feels redundant. I guess it does have a cool set. But I'd take Money Game over Gridlock! 9 times out of 10.

I consider Gridlock to be closer to Penny Ante - replace the items with 2 digits of the car, reduce the number of choices for each item to 3, and start with only 2 pennies.

Besides, a lot of TPIR games are redundant when you think about it - Bonus Game/Shell Game, Double Prices/Side By Side/Coming or Going, Flip Flop/Pick A Number/Balance Game.

Interesting coincidence that Sheila won a prize worth $810, and that ends up being the winning difference for her showcase.

The “vroom” after the first pick was revealed to be correct seemed much more noticeable in Gridlock! today than usual.  Or was that just me? 🤷‍♂️
