2005-06 WOF season

Does anyone know the record for amount of cash/prizes given away in a season? This season has to have some sort of record(besides the 100k wins of course), last night was a prime example. The contestant won 50,500 even without a bonus round win!

Any stats on this season would be great to see.

It happened 3 times with the $100,000 win.  NFL Week, Teen best Friends week, and New Orleans Week and they all happened on a Monday, oddly enough within 2 weeks either in October or November!

Actually, there have been six (might be seven) $100,000 bonus round wins on Wheel of Fortune this season.

If you do some legwork and check the recaps at gameshownewsnet.com you'll have your answers. They have details on every show this season (except how much money was left behind in the jackpots).
