Great win in Time Is Money (one of my favorite games)! She indeed was close to getting the entire $20K at the start of the second chance opportunity. And I always like hearing an unusual winning dollar amount read out loud; today it was “Seventeen thousand seven hundred and four dollars!”

I liked hearing Drew say “You won!” at the end of the showcase round. It reminded me of what Bob used to say often: a simple “You win!” or “You win (name)!”

Key in the first two PGs for the first time in nearly 9 years, that was quite interesting.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

I knew I wasn’t the only person who did that at home.

Or when Bob Barker said “YOU WIN BOTH SHOWCASES!”

Another one for the Boffins: what's the TIM record for most money won without winning the $20,000 (not counting any "big money" playings)? I want to say one contestant won just over $19,000.

$19,492 on 9/4/19, notable for being Mike Richards' last episode as EP.
YES! You have them all right! You win $2,500! You will putt from the closest line!

Jhc2010 putts from the closest line and WINS!!!

Congratulations! Those 2 cars are yours! Now we go to the Showcase Showdown! You will spin first. Pick a number between 1 and 20.

Or the most crazier thing , the last time Key was 1st , it also the same 1st half in the same order.

Posted my thoughts on such a historic moment and how I think it came to be in Discord. Thread below:

Quote
So there are two major significant things that happened in the early Drew days that caused several games to not be able to be played 1st or 2nd
The first was of course the combining of the first act to have the first two games, so games that they historically never could play 1st and still didn't at the beginning of the Mike era couldn't be 2nd either
But there's a second moment that I think took a few more games out of 1/2, Key being one of them
My theory is that the locks had to be set up in advance to test for electricity going through, and it takes to long to just plug them in and go while it blocks the door
Now this used to not be an issue with the door entrance because they could put it away from the door and move it in place
But starting in S41-42, when they changed Drew's entrance shot to the pan across the stage, the locks would have then become visible

It affected some other games as well
So if this just happened, my theory is that they did something to change how the locks get power, either when they updated the set or perhaps later
Which makes me inclined to wonder if they are indeed doing some rehaul to game electronics, which is why Magic has been out for so long
