Now it's official. Saturday's Virginia game vs. Coastal Carolina has been canceled. The Chanticleers are in full support of the decision.

#4 TCU goes into emergency mode with time ticking, rushing out their FG unit and kicking the game winner, 29-28 thus remaining undefeated.

Baylor sorta gave that game away.  They should've been more aggressive when they had the ball last, but where not.  They were playing not to lose at that point.  Still TCU deserved to win the game as they did what it took.   Great teams find ways to win, whether it's by 50 or at the last second.  The Horned Frogs were not going to rout everyone week after week.  Baylor sorta blew it and played conservatively, but it might've been a moot point anyway if TCU had made the 2-point conversion.

Meanwhile, Michigan may have spent their entire game looking ahead to Ohio State, but they'll head to Columbus undefeated.  It's been 16 years since that happened

#1 Georgia wins, but Kentucky handily covered the 23. Likewise, Ohio State beats Maryland, but the Terrapins covered 27 and a hook. Positions 1 through 4 should hold fort come Tuesday night.

There was a problem for the Committee in the event that LSU knocked off Georgia in the SEC Title game.  That is no longer an issue.

FWIW, a Sugar Bowl consolation is doubtful, and TBH, a New Year's Six Bowl might not even happen for Tennessee!

Not too much changed within the 12 AP Poll outside of Tennessee's fall.  Which wasn't much BTW.  They're still inside the Top 10, with USC taking its spot at 5.  Everything else pretty much stayed the same; we'll see what happens with USC, LSU, Tennessee, Clemson, and everyone else on Tuesday

Georgia is giving 34 against Georgia Tech, who last beat Georgia in 2016. Noon ET kickoff on ESPN. The Michigan/Ohio State game will be on Fox at the same time.

In the Iron Bowl (3:30 ET, CBS), Alabama is a 21-1/2 point favorite over Auburn. Not expecting anything like what Chris Davis III did in 2013, but given Bama and two losses, crazier things have happened.

TCU gives 10 against Iowa State (4 PM ET, Fox).

Huh.  81 for Michigan and 56 for TCU.  I think the latter has a better shot, assuming they win out.  I don't see a path at all if Michigan loses this week or, if they win in Columbus, next week.  60% would be where I would've placed Michigan, and then 80% for OSU.

Next week is Conference Championship Week.  So far, there are a couple games that are set, really in the SEC and the ACC

Georgia is current favored by 15.5 over LSU, with a 49.5 O/U, while Clemson is favored by 7.5 over North Carolina with a 62.5 O/U.  The latter seems accurate, but I don't know about the SECCG.  Maybe 10.5 at most, though definitely should be at least 6.5 in favor of the reigning champs

Tulane, 2-10 last year, will host the AAC title game next Saturday (ABC, 3:30 PM ET) after defeating Cincinnati 27-24. They'll face either Central Florida (if they beat South Florida tomorrow) or Cincinnati (if South Florida wins). Tulane could go to the Cotton Bowl with a win in the AAC title game.
