Betty White estate auction game show items
« on: September 13, 2022, 10:53:13 PM »
i was told about Betty White estate auction  by this link, but at the time no info on the site,  for any item. I will give you the side of the post.,33937.0.html
and the site of the auction.
but now the here are some of the items that are game show related.
it's a jacket with just men's (The game show) on it.
(this one i find a interesting find) "HOLLYWOOD SQUARES" HENRY WINKLER NOTES (The site uses caps) what make these these interesting is that the letters have to do with the game show actually. they do not write the contents of the letter like in some of the other lots on here. they are hand written in cursive but I can make up that it says they "changed everything." in terms of Hollywood squares. (if anyone can read cursive well that would be great, as I only was taught about five letters at school).

there are some game show board games selections on here. that I did not link here.

there are some games your books that did not link here for space.
there is a ticket for a few shows like HOLLYWOOD TALKABOUT. unlabel is the show the third ticket belongs to which reads 'look who's talking' Warner Brothers. Can not find anything on it. anyone knows about the show, put in the thread please.

The letter says:

Dear Betty -
First and foremost so many hugs to you!
You might not know this but Michael Levitt and I took over Hollywood Squares last year. We have changed everything but the game and we truly have the best time on the set.
We would be honored to have you as our guest Saturday September 13th, 2003. We are paying tribute to some of our favorite game show icons. The day would not be complete without you!
Please call me at 310-264-3501 and say yes.
Love and kisses

P.S. We would like to donate ten thousand dollars to your favorite animal charity!!!

The actual retail price is...
