Good grief. Terrible luck on Spelling Bee. There were only six "R"s on the entire board and Alexandra picked three of them.

Man, 3 Strikes just is no fun anymore. At least use a luxury car brand, like, all the damn time.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

That, or go back to one strike in the bag.  That aside, I couldn't agree more.  What's being offered in 3X is not cool (especially when you factor in its difficulty, inflation, and the fact that the game shows up about a half handful of times a season).

Not surprised one bit with the outcome, just disgusted.  In disgusted, I mean the structure, not at the contestant (it just wasn't meant to be in terms of a win).  I never thought I'd ever get back to the point where I "hated" the game.  Just my opinion on my current dislike.

As for Spelling Bee: What are you going to do.  Losses happen, but not like this.  I'm going the distance 9 times out of 10 in this spot (I'd have to pull 4 Rs in my first 4 picks to bolt)

Along with Temptation, Three Strikes is my least favorite car game. You realistically have to get two numbers right before you get your first strike to win. When you start off with two strikes right off the bat like today’s contestant, you have no chance to win.

True, but stranger things have happened-- IINM, some have gotten two strikes right out of the gate, and then had either remarkable luck or pricing skill, and they end up winning.

I second this. As few and far between playings have been the last few seasons to see it pop up and then nearly wipeout feels rotten. I feel like they should either:

A: play it more frequently if they plan to use their psedo daily Volkswagen offerings.
B: go back to 1 strike ball
C: play it for much more expensive cars if they choose to play it so infrequently and for cars that aren't even $10K more expensive than the one offered in Lucky $even last week.

Oh, Sherman. You are "just too kind" in Contestant's Row.  :P

Oh, Sherman. Glad you changed your mind in Grocery Game at the last second.

Oh, Sherman. How I wish I could've seen the way you'd play in the Showcase.  :(

It hasn’t been announced. Best guess is the model scheduled to appear tested positive for COVID just before taping, or Manuela went into labor before the taping.
