There were many space limitations to studio 33. For example, if you ever saw a taping at 33, you know that door 3 is essentially blind to the audience. Also, the moving of the turntable is necessitated by the space. Hold to the traditions, but use the new space to create a sense of bigness and build new interesting sightlines and camera angles.

As long as it has contestant's row, home base behind Drew during the one bids, and at least three big doors, I think I'm good.

I wonder if we'll get any sneak peaks before Friday?

The new stage is definitely longer than it is wide. I think we'll have the same sightline issues as in 33. haventv dot com has a PDF of the space. I'm headed to the first taping, so we shall see how different the set up is!

I'm going to wager a guess that we'll see a layout similar to "Gameshow Marathon". Maybe "Price is Right: A Vous de Jouer" with a low stage riser.
