About a year ago and again six months ago and days/weeks leading up to it, I was thinking about how we were close to a big anniversary for Rachel.  I knew the show was
going to do something special, but man, did they exceed my expectations!  That was very nice.  From start to finish.  I think they couldn't have had her hand the mic to Drew
due to the way the opening is done, but anyway, best show of the season!

As mentioned elsewhere, TPIR goes all in and all out for celebrating one of their own.  Not sure if Amber giving away a car for free counts as a 15th Anniversary celebration, but...I'm kidding!

Back-to-back $25,000 winners!  Rather rare, and always tremendous!

Great show. Nicely put together. I enjoyed the references to Rachel, especially the classic clips with Bob and the themed Grocery Game. And will Ruby be the next hired Price model? :-)

Very nice win in that game, and a fantastic, lucky win in Lucky $even. So exciting!

Thanks for the new PFP Rachel  :P

Even without the porcelain anniversary celebration, this was a pretty fun show from start to finish, from the nail-biter 5PT to the double dollar. Of course, it was also Rachel's day, and all the little callbacks and whistles were fun, from start to finish. Congrats on 20 years, and on to many more!
"If any show, forget sports, Price is Right, [the audience is] the star of the show. Somebody... coming on down and losing their minds, and ... crying, that's the show. The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."

-Drew Carey, interview with Athletic, September 16, 2020

When they went back to look at her mishaps with Door 3 and the car for Lucky 7, I was glad they went to the time it actually WAS a mistake rather than the Drew era April Fools event.

Given that Elizabeth missed each of the first three small prizes to where she had to have that 4th one, after it was over, it felt more like a situation where she pulled victory from the jaws of defeat.  It would've been more of a nail-biter IMO had it come down to the last car prize & perfect pricing

It was a wonderful show to celebrate Rachel’s 20th Anniversary being on The Price is Right. Nice to see her Husband and Daughter as guests models and past clips of her. I loved the one of Rachel running the car into the door on Lucky Seven Game. Congratulations Rachel on a great job for the past 20 years. Also $25,000 spin 2 days in a row which is very rare. 6th $25,000 spin of the season.
Does anyone know when the last show of the season will air.

Overall , a really fun show. Classic clips and Rachel getting that plaque of her 1st mic handoff was a very touching moment.

This luck with Rodney , who was on the show on 5/14/12 , wins his 2nd showcase. Both times , the other contestant that lost their showcase had their showcase presented by someone ( Rachel today , Craig Ferguson in his previous appearance )

The last time we had back to back aired $26k winners in the SS was the final 2 shows of season 44 ( 8/19/16 , 9/1/16 )

you would never see a model celebrated like this with any other host.

I think it is great to see.

Congratulations to Rachel for 20 years with the show. Although I refuse to accept that her daughter can possibly be that grown already.

When Drew hugged Rachel after she was presented with the commemorative plaque, you could see a glimpse of what's on the other side of the showcase envelopes. Back in the day, I would write cue cards listing the contents of each showcase so Drew could accurately recap what was in each one as he reviewed the contestants' bids. Now that information is written directly on the envelope.

Awesome day for an amazing person. Thank you Rachel for staying with it for so long, through the hard times and now the new glory days. TPIR is as good as it’s ever been today, and she’s a big part of it. Great show altogether.

Although, I just realized, I’ve been wrong about 5 Price Tags. I thought the rule was 3 Trues and 1 False. Was that just a myth that I believed, or did they change that unwritten rule lately?

Great episode all around and congratulations Rachel!  The celebration was woven into the show appropriately vs. a crammed in segment.  Well done TPIR.  I think we can all agree by far that Rachel is our modern-day "Janice."
