22 consecutive losses in That's Too Much!  That is not good.

Obviously the game's not going anywhere, and despite this season's record, several people have won over the past 22 years.  It's just too bad that the contestants haven't been able to have any success.  Just a combination of bad luck & not knowing the car value.

Not an easy game; for me, whenever TTM comes us, I've often thought of that final version of the second bonus game in the 80s version of Card Sharks.  To be brief, people played for a car, but had to answer a poll where the 10 unique audience members were surveyed in advance of that segment.  The contestant had to guess how many did something or said something.  If he or she were right, they won the car; but if they were off by 1, they received a cash consolation prize.

The reason why I brought it up is that it would be nice if people would get $100 (or $500) if they were off by one price.  It might ease one's dislike of a tough pricing game.

Felt awful for that Bonkers winner.  Hope he's okay since shoulder injuries are not pleasant.   His play was great, with a Drew-era record of 4 seconds.  One second short of the all time record of 3 seconds done about 18 years ago (thanks to Tino & Jess for that statistic).

Thought today would end in a double overbid, but fortunately that was not the case

Was there any mention on the air that today is the 16th anniversary of Bob Barker's final TPIR episode?

Why is That's Too Much! so hard to win? There are 10 prices, but the price is never in the first two or last two so that leaves six prices that it could be. If there are six realistic prices, you should have a 1 out of six chance of winning. The odds of losing 22 times in a row with a one out six chance is 1.8% ((5/6)^22).
