On the November 29th episode: I remember watching Jackee Harry play the Dick Clark version of Pyramid. She looks great.

“When it rains, it…” for Pores.

“Umbilical” was a perfect clue for Types of Cords, better than my “extension”. I also thought starting with “your fate” was good for Things You Accept. How about “your expected package delivery” or “your responsibility”? Any fantastic clues out there? :)

A $100K try! Too much time spent on Places You See Lions. I would have added “his den” to “the zoo” and “an African safari”.

The second half-hour was a repeat.

Great clues! May I add "job" between "a good" and "offer"? :-)

On the December 6th episode: I’ve definitely seen better players. The teams  were significantly better in the second half-hour.

How about “Sitting on the dock of the…” for Bae?

It’s been a long time since someone has not gotten the $1000 Winner’s Circle subject. “Take a shower”, “Brush your teeth”, and “Use the toilet” were good clues for Things You Do In The Bathroom. I first thought of “Elton John’s stage” for Places With A Piano, but “A Steinway store” was a much better clue. And how about “Toronto” and “Vancouver” for Canadian Things?

“Duck Duck” for Goose?

A $100K try and win! (Can you believe it? 😊) I was genuinely surprised. My first clue for People Who Wear A Uniform was “a nurse” and I would have followed that with “a police officer”. Great clues from the contestant for Things That Scare You (Frighten); may I add “public speaking”?

I can’t remember seeing a $15,000 Winner’s circle total before on Strahan’s Pyramid. However, I can’t agree with the judge accepting “Birds That Fly At Night” for Things You Hear At Night. Would the judge have accepted “stars” and/or “the moon” also? I suppose so, if the key word was “night”.

I would have immediately paired “wine” with “jelly” for Things Made With Grapes. And “Kamala Harris” was the perfect clue for Vice Presidents.

Mystery 7 win!

Another $100K try! I would have added "Santa Claus" to "a pig" and "a fat person" for Things With A Belly, hoping that my partner would think of the poem 'Twas The Night Before Christmas. I'm not sure it would have been enough though. And "Scotch" also came to my mind first for Kinds of Tape; pairing it with "duct" was excellent.

On the December 13th episode: Malin Akerman and Howie Dorough, you are the weakest links. No $100K tries.

At least we got one $50K win. “Gatorade” was a great clue for Things You Thirst For. All those head nods helped. I would have said “desert water”, perhaps with my fingers crossed. And I also thought of “three-piece ones” for Kinds of Suits.

So close to a Mystery 7 win!

Getting stuck on ice cream related clues didn’t help with Types of Cones. I too went elsewhere with my “yellow construction ones”, but Strahan’s “an orange traffic one” was much better. And I would have looked up while saying “a majestic eagle” for Things That Soar.

All I could think of for “Illin’” was “You be…”. And George Bush was NOT the first president. 😊

“The Cheshire Cat” immediately came to mind for Things With A Smile, but Strahan’s “a happy face” was good as well. (I could have added “face” to my clue!) My first clue for Kinds of Dresses was simply “a gown”.

Adding the word "Komodo" for Parts Of A Dragon was very clever, but I would not have said "an office cubicle" for Places You See A Table. "A dining room" and "a massage room" was a great pair of clues.

Soar: Eagle, glider, kite
I was hesitant to say "glider" as I thought "glide" might by a synonym for or in the definition of "soar". After checking reference material online, it looks like I could have said it.
