Sports Type Display Mystery Solved!

I hooked up with Apex Surplus (the leading supplier in game show surplus) and they said they'd give me a sports type module and the one oddball "Newlywed" type display they had.

Turns out, they showed what the model number was for the sports types! Drumroll please...

The sports type display module I ended up with was a 6" model, the 7S-6!

So now we know the eggcrates are 19S-series, and sports types are 7S-series.

But one question remains... someone mentioned a 21S-series. What could it be?

Also I wanna tell you that the weird Newlywed-style display has the diode board on the back with the Molex connector rather than inside like a 19S or 7S display would.

Hmm... must be a glitch. I can see them clearly.

might have something to do with you using links to Discord attachments

Anyway, it has been confirmed these take a 28V supply with active-low decimal input, just like the 19S series displays.

Bulbs are the same too... #1820 bulbs.
