Big Doors during the games...

Kinda random question, but I'm curious to see if anyone knows this one...

Alright, so many years ago, it was standard practice during car games to leave the Big Doors open during gameplay (e.g. during 3 Strikes they'd periodically cut to show the car)...I didn't really notice that they quit doing that until one day in Season 28 (remember the time that lady who played Cover Up wanted to see the car after she won, but they'd closed the doors by then, so Bob had to tell them to open back up?)...but I noticed on a recent show they've started leaving them open again.

Anybody know why they stopped doing it, or if that one day was just a fluke?

It might have something to do with what game they're playing next and the necessary setup.
