Note to self: Never try to turn around while running up stairs.

I have a feeling that if Shyan didn't have mad accuracy, he would have lost Clock Game.  He played as you should, but was just a little slower than you would like to be.

Card Game 2nd was odd.

Clock Game: Played very well.

Card Game: I was wondering when this would show up. It was possible to win this today, but it didn't happen.

It's In The Bag: I had a bad feeling that cat litter was in that last bag, and Corrina's buddy talked her out of it.

One Wrong Price: It was a tossup between the grill and the treadmill, but I was leaning more towards the treadmill.

Coming Or Going: Easy.

Cover Up: Well, Ricardo got the other 1 at the end, but couldn't get the rest.

Showcases: Corrina won a nice showcase, and she certainly deserved it after what happened in It's In The Bag. That Austrailia trip must be as expensive as Tahiti now!

Overall: It would have been a very good show, if the second half hadn't been so rushed...

Clock Game – Very well played. He also never gave a bid over $800. Compare that to other people whose first bid is $2,000...

Card Game – Ouch. Granted, she was off by quite a bit, maybe 2 more cards would have done it. I really wanted her to win too...

It’s in the Bag – I thought she screwed up with the pain reliever. But NO WAY was that supplement only $5.99. It sounded in the end that the audience wanted her to go, but earlier, when she decided not to take the Tidy Cats, they disapproved...

1 Wrong Price – Everyone told her it was the gym, but she had to pick the grill...

Coming or Going – Finally another winner! Of course those motorcycles weren't $4,315...

Cover Up – Oh well. I think the audience wanted him to choose high numbers for those 2 digits. Who would have thought they were the lowest numbers on the board...

Showcases – Corrina bid very well. I KNEW Ricardo’s showcase was more expensive than what he bid...

Another 2 for 6 – we need to get more winners!

Well, Corrina wasn't fooled by the $12.99 bag:  I thought that could've easily tripped up a normal contestant, since, if you ask me, the Azo looks like it would be more expensive than the Capzasin.  I liked Corrina's attitude, though, going on the whole way, even if she lost.  And she can yell at her husband later .

I probably would have won Card Game with the $3000 card, but probably not with the $1000 card.  Jeep Wranglers are usually under $20,000, right?

You're being harsh.  I don't see why the supplement couldn't have been "only" $5.99 when the actual price is only $1.00 higher.  I mean, we know how much it is, but you can't expect normal people to know.

CH covers up the ratings bug everyday with the Canadian G bug, so when did CBS get the new ratings bug?

Shayan played Clock Game fairly well.

Speaking of Clock Game, after having seen Monday's delayed episode, the board looked so much better when it was compltely yellow around the frames.  Why was the paint job not finished?

When was the last time Card Game was played second?

Speaking of Card Game, a thought came to my mind.  Contestants were losing Card Game because they weren't making bids high enough, so they go and make the winning range larger.  Why not just increase the starting bid to a whopping amount and keep the special deck cards at their standard values?  Then the game could be played shorter, and wins would actually involve some work.

Corrina was a very enjoyable contestant, especially with her threats towards Bryan.

One Wrong Price was very easy.  I don't see how Sherry managed to lose.

Lastly, a question to WBZ4 viewers:  How much of the Showcase did you lose to that pathetically-short pre-emption?
Roger Dobkowitz's Seven Commandments of The Price Is Right:
1. Tape and edit the show as if it were live.
2. Never tell the contestant what to do.
3. Size matters. (The bigger the prize, the better the prize and the bigger the reaction.)
4. All prizes are good.
5. Never do anything on the show that would embarrass a parent with a kid watching.
6. Never put on a prize that would make the show look cheap.
7. It’s the game, stupid! (It’s about the game.)

Bidding Round #1- #239, Sheri! :-D

Clock Game- It wasn't really how he played it that was impressive, but how close he was on his first guesses. Wow.

Bidding Round #2- That whole thing with Malba was hilarious.

Card Game- Now that wasn't a situation where the contestant foolishly stopped too early. That price was very evil.

It's In the Bag- Ouch. That was a painful loss, although I kind of figured the Tidy Cats would be her death, anyway.

Bidding Round #4- #240, Lauren! :-D

Showcase- More showcases on steroids! Goodness.

BEST CONTESTANT OF THE DAY- Frank will pick today.

SHOW SUMMARY AND GRADE- Decent show today... Grade: 2

It's in the bag---I had a very good hunch the Tidy Cats was in the last bag and I was right.  I felt bad for Corinna.  But I did find her threat to her husband quite amusing when it came to the $8,000 bag.  I think Roger wanted the last bag to be extremely difficult today.  However, Corinna won her showcase and that's what counts.  The Australia showcase was really pricey.

I think the second half was rushed because of the long playings of Card Game and It's in the Bag....

Card Game--I had a hunch the Jeep was at least $19000, but it was $20000 in value.  I wanted Malba to go at least one more card.

Clock Game: From Shayan's amazement, I had a strong feeling he's gonna win this one. And he did.

Card Game: I'm thinking a bid over 17000 can work. I then thought the Jeep might go over $20,000 in price. 16400 was just too low for me to stop.

It's in the Bag: There goes that scream again. I was happy for just a second that Corrina was gonna win this one. Then that all changed to groans and screams when she picked the worthless Azo.

One Wrong Price: That home gym's price was just too high for me. All I can say is: clueless.

Coming or Going: At first I thought the motorcicles would be only in the $2000 range. After Reginald Gone, I had a little ½ Off hint: 5134 is an even number--for a pair--That might work. That did.

 Cover Up: I was preparing for an "either, eyther, or the other" loss just in case.

Pricing Game Length:
The time of the game begins at the moment a prize is revealed for the game, or the game itself is shown.

Clock Game -- 2:22
Card Game -- 3:08
It's in the Bag -- 5:45
One Wrong Price -- 1:36
Coming or Going -- 1:20
Cover Up -- 2:06

Today's playing of It's in the Bag is the second longest pricing game of Season 34.

Clock Game- Welled played.

Card Game-I figured that was a $20,000 Jeep.  I would have stopped at $18,000.

IITB- I had a bad hunch Corrina made a huge mistake by swapping the cat food for the AZO.  I was unfortunately correct.

Coming or going-Seeing that there were a pair, I knew going was the right move.

Showcases: I had a hunch Ricardo was way under on the Australia SC.

Today's show was good. Shyan seemed a little hesitant on that first prize, pausing a little between each guess, but after that he was fine. I expected Ten Chance to be played second today, never would I have thought it would be Card Game. Anyway, Malba seemed scared to go on after getting to around $15,000. I can't blame her for stopping at $16,400 because there have been some Jeep Wrangler's worth a little over $19,000. But all the options made the price alot higher. I was shocked to see that 4 of the 6 products used in It's In The Bag today were from yesterday's show! I never saw $3.30 used before, but I knew it was the bleach because that Azo supplement had to be more than that, but I can't blame Corrina for thinking the supplement was $5.88 anyway. She almost won too! Because she chose the cat litter, but quickly changed her mind.

Although the grill and the home gym looked like the wrong prizes, I went with the grill also. I never expected it to be $3806! I like what thewhammy_2000 said, that since there were two it had to be an even number. I didn't think that, I just knew they were $5134, but someone could have been easily sucked into choosing $4315. I thought Cover Up was kind of hard, since there was no 0 or 5 for the last number. My first guess was $16,851.

I had a feeling that Corrina won her showcase, plus she deserved it after losing It's In The Bag.

Is it just me, or have there been a lot of tough games the past few days?  And as with yesterday, there were lots of one-up bids.

Clock - Played pretty well, though he got lucky because he narrowed the prices down quickly.

Card Game - Hard for a casual viewer, as usual.  Every car used now is in the 20s.

IITB - I've never seen $3.30 before, but the Clorox was fairly obvious.  And I knew the cat litter was last.  At least we got to see Corrina make a threat!  :-)

Did anyone else notice that Corrina's husband acted like they were wealthy?

1 RP - The BBQ looked awfully high, too, but it was clearly the exerciser.

CoG - I just picked $5134 because it was an even price, but I've now learned that they round the price afterwards.

Cover Up - Argh!  :-P  I thought it was $16271!

Showcases - I figured they were both under a bit.

Did anyone else notice that 4 of the 6 games today began with C?

One-Bid #1 - Girls on trampolines!  :-P

PG #1 - Good!  "Rye Bred" is back as the Clock Game cue!  :-D  And on top of that, we get one of the best Clock players we've seen all season.

PG #2 - "Wow, they loaded up that Jeep!  I'll bet it's more than $20,000 and this game is gonna be another loss."  Sure enough, another Card Game contestant won't bid above $17,000 and we have to watch another friggin' loss.

PG #3 - Wow!  Baggy three weeks in a row!  Today's setup was pretty easy... and for a brief second, Corrina had the $16,000.

PG #4 - Yay!  Half Off cue!  :-D  Man, could this setup have been easier?  That dinky home gym was no damn $3,490... and it was interesting that the false price was almost exactly double the actual price.  Absolutely should not have been lost.

PG #5 - Whoa, Roger played Coggy 5th for the second time this season!  And I'm glad Reginald wasn't suckered into picking the price with the 5 at the end.  When there's two of one prize offered, it's never gonna end in an odd number.  And unless it's Pathy 6th, I predict yet another SP-less day.

PG #6 - Yep, I knew it!  And there was no excuse in picking another 6 when two 1s and a 6 were already lit up.  I mean, when was the last time Roger used a car price with two pairs of repeated digits?

My bids - Aussie:  $19,300.  FRSBS:  $30,800.
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".
