It was an easy putt, but my hand was still shaking like a leaf :)

Lisa, the girl who won the SS, was really sweet, and I was thrilled for her

Truly a once in a lifetime experience.... 8-)

Coming or Going:  Too easy today.

Hole In One:  Hey Michael!  Congrats on your win, man!  Nice job on the grocery pricin' too! :-D  BTW, your TPIR Alumnus star is now on your profile. :-)

Secret X:  Ugh......

Overall:  Not too bad today.

Thanks....I was pretty clueless after the Jello price, but there was a lady sitting in front of my wife who stood up and "adamantly" guided me to the right items.....

Drew is awesome, and I think that he's going to do a great job on the show (still "learning", but doing really well).

Congrats on your Hole in One (or Two) win!!!! Mike,  You played great!!  What a GREAT show this was!  Drew had some great comments like saying after the camping equipment IUFB that the squirrels weren't included!!! hahaha!  We had new first aired games today, and an incredible energetic feeling throughout the show!  I really thought Drew was going to make his first ever "inspiration putt" as well!  It was hysterical when you said, "If that doesn't work, just take your foot and go like this!" (into the hole!) hahaha!

Notice how during Michael's putt that Drew was sort of doing "hushed sideline commentary?!"  That was great!!!

The best episode Drew has done so far! (That we have seen!)

Pretty good show today.  Here's Fieldsy's rundown

Coming or Going It was uncanny how much Melissa looked like former American Idol finalist Melissa McGhee.  She played that game beautifully

Hole in One Could that game be played any better?  And I loved Drew's hushed golf commentary.  Michael, congrats on your big win!

Bargain Bar Loved how Drew paid homage to Bob at the beginning, nice playing by Laura

Make Your Move As soon as I saw the blender placed in the 3-digit spot, I knew it was a loss  :clipboard:

Secret X All I've got to say here is OUCH!

Dice Game He went with the odds and won because of it.  Another nice playing

SCSD2 WOOHOO, the first Wheelie of the Drew era! :hammer: And the wheel's been on fire so many times you'd have to call 911 :hammer:

SCs I don't think any of us saw the Corvette coming.  It was another example of Garfing over Overbid

I give today's show  :-D :-D :-D :-D out of 5

I guess it's natural that 2 weeks after the first block of shows, there would be more pricing games into the rotation, but 4 "new" games still seemed like a lot.

Grats to Michael for having the hot hand in the first half.

Four new pricing games today.  Coming or Going, absolutely no surprise.  Hole in One, absolutely no surprise.  Make Your Move... something.  Secret "X" is a little bit surprising, though.  I mean, considering it took multi-month mini-retirements in both the last two seasons.

Hole in One was pretty perfect today.  Not just that Michael got all the products right, but he was a lot of fun, and for that matter, Drew was great!

Anyone notice a pretty big omission Drew made with his explanation of Secret "X"?  He never said that only a horizontal or diagonal tic-tac-toe counted!  I guess if pretty Lisa tried for a vertical win, they'd have had to allow it.  That one can get ugly if Drew doesn't properly explain it in the future.  As it is, I can't really blame her for completely bombing the small prize portion:  the right prices both looked too high.  Who needs the Jolly Green Giant's remote control, anyway ?  As it is, Lisa was a lot of fun, too.

Speaking of Secret "X"... blah.  I was hoping for a small prize car game to show up.  We need one of those around.

Always nice when the two best contestants get into the showcase.  And I'm sorry Michael, but I'm a little happy Lisa won.  I mean, you already won a car, and really, the car you already won was a nicer car than the one in the showcase anyway, right ?

Anyone notice that Drew called the asterisk the Goodson mark?  That was cool!  I wonder how many viewers had no idea what that meant, since I bet a lot of people, especially younger ones, associate the asterisk with The Price is Right, specifically, as opposed to Mark Goodson.

... As it is, Lisa was a lot of fun, too.

Lisa is an amazing person (from what I could tell in the few, short, moments that I got to meet her anyway), so I was absolutely thrilled that she won. Considering the size of her showcase too, I thought it would be great if she would've ended up winning as well (plus, I already had a Mustang...Sheesh ;) )

Mike, congrats on Hin1(or2).  Hey did Drew's commentary hinder you in any way?  I just wonder, because Bob was always quiet with the crowd.

As for Drew's inspirational putt, you got to give him some slack.  He clearly says he don't play golf, and I think Bob did.  However, it is fun to watch him do what all other non-golfers do.

And hey, did anybody like the new car music they played? (I may as well be the first to bring it up.)  I liked it so much, I played it again twice.

Wow, where'd THAT all come from? Four games returned to the show today! I certainly wasn't expecting that this week.

My guess is they shuffled this show in to give us a break from the Drew Carey 35. That also means this was a really recent taping. So it makes sense that Drew seemed particularly on his game today.

Only one thing bugged me; Drew, you're over-thanking the models. It's cool to see you doing it, since for the last 15 years Barker hardly said a word to them, but it's just getting repeptitive. Just once or twice per show would be plenty.

Me = happy to see Hole in One back. None of the rest of today's "new" games are real favorites of mine, but the presence of 6the Golf Game is just absolutely essential. I got a good laugh out of Drew's inspiration putt going completely berserk; since he doesn't golf, maybe this will signal the return of models/producers/announcer sometimes doing the demo putt?

Lisa had great reactions all day. Loved seeing her win that Corvette.

I'm kind of surprised at how easy it was to win the Corvette showcase today. Not to take anything away from lisa's win*, but as suprisingly high as the Cobalt showcase was, it was pretty likely to be overbid on. Meanwhile, not many people would've overbid on the Corvette. Isn't the show kind of overbudget?

*As a matter of fact, she's one of the few contestants I've seen who made a reasonable bid on a Corvette showcase. So many of them seem to either be afraid of going over or genuinely think a Corvette is worth around $19,000.

COMING OR GOING- waaaaayyyyy too easy.

IUFB 2- Congratulations Michael G. for taking the wad of cash from Drew's pocket.

HOLE IN ONE- Once again, Michael, congratulations for nailing those grocery products.  That putt was probably way too easy.  Drew hit that "inspiration putt" just a little too hard...

BARGAIN BAR- that was actually kinda difficult, as I (and most everyone else in chat at the time) said the Pac-Man game...but Laura got it right (that Pac-Man machine seemed way too cheap...)

SCSD 1- $1000!

MAKE YOUR MOVE- that was hard...

SECRET X- Ouch. Wipeout. That hurts.

DICE GAME- He went right with the odds and bailed out the second half of the show.

SCSD 2-$1000! And $5000 more!

SCs- Now, where did that Corvette come from?  I garfed that really badly.  I had a good bid on the Cobalt, but it was OVER by a mere $209...  :-(

OVERALL- 4/5.  Good show, $7K on wheel, Corvette win, and four "new" games.

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

Coming Or Going: I would say going too.

Hole In One (Or Two): Nicely done Michael on those products to earn you the $500 bonus and a new car with that easy putt.

Barker's Bargain Bar: The dining group was my pick as well.

SCSD #1: I wanted Laura to win.

Make Your Move: I would get all of them wrong. Something tells me this game was bound for a loss.

Secret X: A very bad wipeout indeed.

Dice Game: Well another Michael wins a car. Good for him.

SCSD #2: I wanted the other Michael to win. Yet a $6,000 winner plus a Wheelie  :oldlol: wasn't that bad either.

Showcases: While Lisa garfed on her showcase you Michael unfortunately went over. But hey you were a good sport by congratulating Lisa there on her showcase win not to mention reminding her that she won.

Did anyone notice they changed the font for the $1000 and $5000 graphics?
