Well ucb, Jordie's passed the showcase to you, hoping you're also terribly bad at bidding on it.  What are ya' gonna' do about it?

Unfortunately, the trip does not list the number of nights, so I would venture to say $13,000

Sorry about that:  oversight on my part.  It's 6 nights, as usual.

All right... $16,750 is uckbuh's bid, which I am repeating for no real reason.  But now, Jordan, this is your showcase!

Rich:  This showcase tries to solve the mystery of the missing car.  It seems the other prizes were jealous of the cars' popularity on the show, and one of them killed the car that was supposed to be in this showcase... a wrench to the transmission seemed to do the car in.  As well as a wrench to all the other parts of the car, pretty much leaving it in an oily mess.  And we have three suspects as to which prize did it.

So we ask suspect #1 if it's responsible for the car's death, but it says it would never dream of it, since its gets plenty of spotlight in Most Expensive and Around the World showcases:  suspect #1 is a wonderful trip to Fiji!  You and a guest will fly round-trip coach from Los Angeles to Fiji, where you'll enjoy a six night stay at the Naviti, where you'll enjoy the many amenities they have to offer, as well as basking in the calmness that is Fiji.

Then it's to suspect #2, who we suspect may have taken the car on a long road to nowhere.  But the suspect gets defensive, insisting that it could never commit such a horrible crime, that people love him when they go camping:  suspect #2 is an exciting travel trailer!  The Skyline Nomad 181 Limited is an exciting 18-foot travel trailer that sleeps seven people and has a microwave, awning, TV antenna, and a rear bedroom with a bunk.  And this showcase can be yours if the price is right!

But suspect #3 is shaking with fear; surely it's in on this horrendous crime!  But suspect #3 insists that it can't even move easily enough on land to commit the crime:  suspect #3 is a new sailboat!  The 25-foot Catalina 250 Wing Keel Cruiser is great for fun on the water with all your friends.

And this showcase, disappointing everyone since we aren't going to find out who killed the car--and disappointing Jordan by not actually offering a car--can be yours if the price is right!

And Jordan, give us your bid on that.

So what if it has a car? I like boats and trailers. This looks expensive. You should bid $34,500.

I'm going to say $35,000.

Also Frank, check out the last line in the suspect #2 paragraph, I think you'll get a kick out of it. You stopped the showcase too early. :-P

And that, folks, is what happens when I change showcases around.  The trailer was originally going to be in the first showcase instead of the second, until I got the theme in mind for that second showcase.

And now, to see who has won his or her showcase.  Or... that's not really necessary, since you're both guys.  I think.  Enough of that, though.  uckbuh, you bid $16,750 on your showcase.  And uckbuh, the actual retail price of your showcase is...

$32,980!  That's a difference of...

*Image deleted.

ding!

$16,230.  You missed that just a tad.  Now Jordan, you must be closer than $16,230 without going over in order to win.  Now as you may recall, you bid $35,000 on your showcase.  And Jordan, the actual retail price of your showcase IS!

$53,992, a difference of?

*Image deleted.

$18,992, and uckbuh wins!

dingdingdingdingdingdingdingding!

And uckbuh, you have won $35,079 in prizes today, including an overpriced bedroom group and an overpriced trip to Australia!  Frank reminding you to help control the condiment population:  remind me to stop using them unless I actually intend for a game to be difficult.  Goodbye everybody!

Great show Frank! Also, I am now 2 for 2 in the showcases, although this one was just major luck.
