It was funny when Drew tried to stick the SafeCrackers price tag on his forehead.

It was also funny when Drew signed off saying he was bummed in Los Angeles. :oldlol:

Good job on the Christmas decorations, I especially like the white garland around contestants row.

Despite the fact that no pricing games were won and there was a double overbid, it was a good show for the most part.  It's hilarious when it's skunked.

Ouch, what a tough show!  Even Drew felt the effects of a rough go at the Bob Barker Studio.

SAFE: I sell GPS's, and while I know there are units in that price range, that one didn't look $699 to me (accounting for the accessories being $41).  I'd have lost as well.

MONEY: Another rough one, as the average contestant wouldn't know to start at 18 for an HHR.  Only if you get that 18 first would anyone find their way to 64.  Even I wouldn't have gotten there till the 3rd try for the back.

GRAND: Fun stuff from Drew, but it's another loss.  Toughy between the body wash and the Ka-Boom!

SCSD 1: Who knew the Wheel would be our only joy?

CLOCK: Lauren just never had a good rhythm in this game.  The Clock Game is one of those that separate a Loyal Friend and True from a Joe/Jane Plinko.  Well, most of the time.

CARD: It was starting to get to Drew by this point.  I've never seen that model before, so I'd have stopped somewhere in the 19's, and I'd still have been short of the range.  File under E for "deceptively expensive."

SQUEEZE: Tough setup here.  No way I'd have broken up a 95 at the end. :clipboard:

Showcases:
ROOM/AMSTERDAM: $16,300 (-830)
MUSTANG: $21,980 (-584)

Damn, if only I'd been around for the CSS.  Now watch me blow it when I actually make it.

Maybe Heidi was just joking, Steve.

With all due respect, I've seen many more of Heidi's posts over the years than you have, and they give me no reason to think she was joking.

You're right on the nose, phunguy!  Of course I was kidding!

Steve, where's your sense of humour, can't you take a joke once in a while?

Everyone needs a dose of laughter everyday, it relieves stress.  Some people may find some things amusing, don't take everything so seriously.  I used to take things seriously, but not anymore.  People find me more fun to be around with my amusing personality.

I've never laughed this hard when Bob was hosting (although Bob had his funny moments). :oldlol:

And Steve, even though I maybe a nOOb here, allow me to say:

Sure I can -- when I see one.  There wasn't one to see here.

And Steve, even though I maybe a nOOb here, allow me to say:

Oh, bull.  There was nothing in the context of Heidi's post to indicate that she wasn't being serious.  I have no idea what you saw in it that told you it was a joke, but I can't say I feel any dumber for not finding it.

I was surprised that Kathy Kinney didn't show up as Mimi Bobeck in the end, saying that "this show sucks!".

Mimi was there in spirit (holiday ones I doubt) as she runs the FFBC these days.

If bro Charles had bid $3700 cheaper, he could've ended up with both showcases.
