With the DVD having the "snail mail" ticket plug, will TVC still accept requests this way?

I just wondered, because we haven't seen a snail mail ticket plug at all this season. They want you to go to cbs.com or call the new 800#

The phone number takes you directly to CBS Guest Relations...it's not a new number.  They're just advertising it for the first time.  While I'm sure snail mail is still acceptable, you might want to call that number and ask to make sure.

I still <3 Flyleaf, but having Lacey as my avatar for so long was giving me a terrible case of Paramore discrimination.

From what I understand, this is still an acceptable way to request tickets.

I don't think they'll ever stop accepting mail-in requests, simply due to the fact there is that percentage of Americans who don't even have access to the Internet or a telephone. Yes, they could use a payphone, but those are going out of existence too (at least with AT&T)...
