You probably didn't download the "Needs" file first... look on the downloads page (where you found the TPiR game), and you will find the Needs file.  This needs to be downloaded FIRST, then you can download as many of the games you wish to.

Once you've downloaded the TPiR game, you shouldn't have to actually download it again.  Now, you will simply install that file (so long as you have downloaded and installed that NEEDS file).

That's the main file, but you'll want to download all the TPiR files (sounds, fonts, etc.) in order for it to work properly.

Have fun!

I will for the most part Agree with you on that....I have his PC Game and it is quite good however, just to poe a few holes here, and this is in no way disrespect to Bigjon personally but first off his TPIR game has errors that have come up for me and others....that quite frankly he doesnt even know how to resolve, just because its not part of the coding of the game.

Another thing is that there is really no Beta-Testing system over there at his site  So that new releases and updates can be first tested,to wrinkle out all of the errors that there are,and quite Frankly to even suggest that over at his site wouldnt be a good idea at all. I was rudley greeted on my first post there for making a small suggestion about one of his games, even though I did so realizing that it may or may not have been done in the first place. (PM me if you want the full story on that,as I'd rather keept this post as friendly as possible)

The point is Ludia is doing many of the right things, they are listening to what people suggest, have to say,and are Beta Testing everything to make sure they get it right.

Other than that I do agree that Bigjon's TPIR is really good, heck it even has pricing games from before I was even BORN

There are just positives and Negatives for both games, and iis why I will have Both Games on my computer, when the time comes.

Yes, i don't know it all, and you have to understand, my twos computer cant compensate for all just not code problems, but hardware architectures out there...  Hardware, concurrent programs, and code all come in to play.. I do have testers (which I have to cycle quite frequently) but I can't get everything.  Shoot, I've even remoted into some users computer to try to figure out what was going on (let's see those major game manufacturers do that, LMAO.  I can't wait for Ludia's game though!!!

But let's focus back on Ludia's game, that's this thread purpose!

Of course,I was just merely commenting to another person's post in this thread that there are good and bad things about each game, which is why, like I said I will be having both on my computer.

As for Ludia's game I do wish though if they were to add only one thing it would be a MDS mode as well, even if it is not the Drew Era one.

Where is JC_ Ludia when you need him for a update on progress?

Sorry for not being too present on the board these past few days - we've been rushing to get the downloadable release ready.

Normally it should come out this week or next week. I'll try to keep you guys posted.

Thanks for the Wii suggestions - this is pretty much what we had planned for the Wii Remote. We're also very hard at work on the DS version.

As soon as I have a 100% certain release date I'll come back and show you guys where you can grab it.

I'm very excited about the DS version...

JC, I know you don't have an exact date for release, but do you think the DS version will be coming out in the Spring? Summer? Fall? Just curious....

Excited....

As some of you have noticed, the game's out!

We did our best to release it ASAP, and I only got confirmation this afternoon. I'll post another thread in the main forum to talk about the release.

Feel free to ask me questions in that thread about the release and any other questions you might have. Now that it's released I can fully disclose a lot more stuff!

Thanks!
