SEASON 34 GOLDEN-ROAD.NET END-OF-YEAR AWARDS
It’s that time of year again. We have reached the end of 34 seasons of play at the Bob Barker Studio, and I will be coordinating the end-of-year awards to be handed down from GR.net. This year, in addition to Contestant and Event of the Year, we will be adding a new category: Showcase Skit of the Year. Since we have had so many great ones this year, we’ll give them their own category.
RULES:
Each registered user at GR.net can make up to five (5) nominations. Please avoid repeats if possible. When making nominations, please include the following things:
For Contestant:
Name
Airdate
A brief explanation of why he/she is being nominated
For Event and Showcase Skit
Description of event/Name of Showcase skit and a bit about what happened.
Airdate
DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS:
Nominations will be received until 11:00 PM CDT (GMT -5) on Sunday, July 23. Depending on how many nominations there are, we may need to have a “primary” election in August to boil the field down to a manageable number.
Voting will take place after the nominations are complete, and will be handed out around the premiere of Season 35.
