I wanted to see a "Time Capsule" showcase; when I saw it for the first time, I thought "What the--?  Is Star Trek: The Next Generation coming on?" since they used that particular theme.
I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for your love, affection and loyalty to me, drew, the models and.... The Price is Right....thank you for being such a "Loyal Friend & True". -Rich Fields (in an e-mail sent to me on 3/17/2010)

I support The Price is Right...even if nobody I know likes Drew Carey.

I just wanted to take a second to give everyone my youtube account link , so you can check out TPIR/Bob Barker/Game show clips if you'd like. There's 3 separate videos thus far, and a couple more on the way later tonight, and I promise I will upload some stuff that hasn't been replayed a thousand times before. Check it out: (and please hang in there, I know the edits are rough, but I'm working on getting the hang of it!)

>September 14, 1988:  Bob enters from the turntable
This was because of Hole in One right?  I could've sworn that there was already a video of this out there someplace!

Someone posted it as a RealVideo file a few years back, and it's now available on Youtube by clicking HERE.

I wish that they had shown the full turntable rotation instead of just the last few seconds of it.  My guess is that the decision to have Bob enter from the turntable was made at the last minute, and perhaps the camera crew didn't have sufficient time to prepare for it.

Also videos I'd like to see include:

-The perfect Dice Game playing
-Contestant gets $1.00 three times on the Big Wheel
-The $21,000 Plinko win in the early '90s
-A contestant gets a Superball stuck on one of the rings and Bob says he won $54.78(?) with it

Season 22 Showcase with two Rod Roddys

I uploaded the showcase segment you asked for, as well as the last segment of the show. (Check the very end of the credits.  I love the way this show ends!) Aired January 11, 1994.  I also uploaded a few more things: a horrific, but funny playing of Hole in One, Jan. 6, 1994, a promo/commercial that aired throughout early 1994 asking for tryouts for Barker's Beauties to replace Dian, a gem from 1974 (one of my personal favs.) where Bob doesn't realize the camera is still on him, and an Entertainment Tonight interview with Bob which aired on Dec. 29, 1993. Hope you enjoy.   ;)
