Results--The $320K Play Along I FPG for 02/01/2008--FINAL
« on: February 01, 2008, 04:37:32 PM »
Well I double checked my PM Inbox and my new email account and nothing else came in but the 20 entries I had by 720.

So here's the deal.  I am going to have to reformat all of my charts so that they can be shown "colorfully" using this .png format.  so this week, please allow me to use a colorless chart.

Not much to say.  Everyone scored points.

Won't do the countdown from 3rd to 1st this week BUT THERE IS AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT/CHANGE TO FPG PERSONNEL.

THAT'S RIGHT.  MY TPIR RUNNING BUDDY JOSH24 WAS THE ONLY PERSON TO SCORE MORE MG POINTS THAN MR. CLOCK THIS WEEK SO HE GETS ALL OF SALLY'S SALLY-RY AND MONIES EARNED FOR THE WEEK.

THANKS FOR PLAYING FOR YOUR FIRST TIME JOSH.  ALL OF US ARE VERY VERY HAPPY THAT YOU SKUNKED THE CLOCK IN WEEK K1.

I'LL WORK THIS WEEKEND ON MAKING UP SOME BETTER CHARTS AND NEXT WEEKS WILL LOOK NICER.

HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND.

8th place.  Not bad for my first FPG.

Congrats josh for beating Sally...err...the CLOCK!

I called DP right, with maximum confidence points.  If only it was won...

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

Well, um...I was the only person to pick more games than Clock?  That doesn't count for anything?  ....nuts.  Oh well, 3rd place is nothing to sneeze at.

I knew I should have rejiggled my lineup when I had Grand Game 6th...

I even told Willy that there was gonna be at least one "new" PG today!

But I just didn't have the brass ones to take any of them.

I guess I'll just have to take a moral victory for scoring higher than Willy.

Great job, Josh!
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

Nice, 2nd place! Not a bad way to make my FPG debut... but if only I had predicted Grand Game would be lost! (grumblegrumble)
