I have no idea.  Wouldn't be surprised if we do have one.

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

EDIT: Wrong button...

I think it may depend on where you are.  Some markets may choose to pre-empt and others may not.

WCBS-2 preempted just about all of the show today, as anticipated.
I'll put this in here, but I didn't want it to overshadow the more interesting topic of specials. Earlier in the show Mike and Beth talked about Jenny McCarthy's appointment to The View and it leads to Mike talking about her appearance on Price. Mike says that he and the staff mulled over whether or not to have her on the show because of the controversy that follows her. They ultimately decided to have her because she's "a great advocate for what she believes in." Now, Mike didn't specify exactly what he meant by "what she believes in" and what "belief" of her's that he's addressing, but that could certainly be taken the wrong way.

Mine wasn't pre-empted at all.

there are actually two levels of preemption that can rob us tpir viewers
1.national preemption:  done by network for breaking news event
2.local preemption:  this is done by the affilliates and the decision is made by station gms who work in the best interest of the viewers in that region

intersting footnote: local affiliates have limited ability to play around with national schedules.  examples
1.tpir aired at @10 et instead of 11 et on our local affiliate at least twice during most of season 20 and all of season 22.
august 1991-ca april 1992
september 1993-july 1994(we got to see the debut of cover up he he)
2.the soap opera guiding light airs on wcbs (nyc) @ 10 et while here it airs @ 3 et
