When do tickets usually get mailed

It's says on CBS.com, that it takes usually 2 weeks to process....


I did the mail route, But in online ticketing.... It said the tickets are mailed 1 month of the taping....


Im Confused???

I Put in requests for Season 38, In August... Can someone explain...

This should probably be moved to the ticket forum.

If you requested them via mail, they usually mail them a month before the show tapes.

Exactly right.  So if you order tickets for a show in August, expect to get them in July.

Strange...I once ordered tickets to a July 2002 taping, and didn't get the tickets until 3 days before the taping. Not that it mattered in the end, as the taping ended up being cancelled.
