Clock Game on Host Your Own

What is the best method for using the Clock Game on a Host Your Own? Should a 30-minute time limit be used, should a 30 guesses rule be used, or do you have something different?

I don't even bother.  :-P  If you really want to do it, though, go with the 30-guess rule.

Usually, (Usually? I've only done it once!), I allow a contestant 48 hours, like I normally. They get 3 guesses, and I say Higher or Lower for each of them. The 48 hour clock ticks down 1 hour for each hour they don't respond, but once they respond, the clock stops. I don't want the clock ticking down because I'm not responding!  :-)

I would probably recommend the 30 guess rule, though. A lot easier.

There is no really good method.  The best method is, quite frankly, to just not play it.  As it is, though, instead of making a new thread for every single question, let's please put all future questions in the same thread, OK?
