I used to be scared of this game because of the set and its sounds when I was young.  I used to not like this game when I was young, because I found it very hard and confusing.  Now, this game seems pretty cool and kind of easier than when I was younger.  I like it.

I give it a 9 out of 10.

I love Pathfinder. I wish they change the BELLS if they got the number right. It gets confused when someones when the players wins the Car to change from the bells to the ding ding ding at the same slot. Probably the BERB BERB BERRB from the DSW siren can replace that. But if not, the game is timeless.

RATING 9.5 out of 10. Because of the Bells.

Such a classic game.  Fun and easy to play along, and arguabley the noisest of pricing games.  I just wish I saw I saw it won more often.

9.5/10

Pathfinder's in my top 5 for sure.  The set's amazing, the small prize part's cool, the sound effects are unique, and it's played for a car!

What more can you ask for in a pricing game?  10/10

Here's a fun game where you have to guess the price of a car. Though, every mistake you make causes you to guess a small prize item, like Secret X, though don't use them all at once or bomb on the SP guessing game, or you won't get the car. It probably has the biggest set on the show, and Pathfinder lives up to its hype.

As a matter of fact, someone actually cheated on that game, and in its first few years (1987-1992), there were very minor malfunctions, but none serious. As in, the number wouldn't light up, or such. I give Pathfinder a 9/10. Fun game, though played very infrequently.

I like this game because it makes the contestant a physical part of the game. I think the games are so much more fun when the contestant has to do something. And, if the contestant is smart, and looks ahead at all the connecting numbers, this game can almost always be won so long as you guess the three second-chance SPs correctly.

I have always liked the set for this game as well. I assume it was constructed to endure anything, given the abuse those numbers take when a contestant wins.

After about 17 years of watching this show, there are about 5 games that I always have remembered watching as a kid. This is one of those games.

I used to be scared of the losing sound effect of this game. That's the part that always stuck out to me. It's the reason why I kind of disliked this game. Now that I'm older, I love this game. The best part of this game to me is the display. I have always liked the font used for the numbers. It's nice to know that they found a use for it when they retired Add 'Em Up.

This game gets a perfect score of 10/10.  :-D

Pathfinder is a perfect pricing game. It stays true to the concept of the show in that good pricing is the only way to win. The contestant becomes part of the game by having to step to the correct numbers. Great set and sound effects.

Easily, 10 out of 10.

"Pathfinder" is awesome! Nice set and very great sound effects! I love the "Trivia Trap" sound effect for a misstep, which goes "EROOOO". Gotta love that. The bells used to scare me when I was younger, but I've been used to hearing them since the 11/21/02 episode it was played on. So, this gets a 9/10 from me.

One of my favorite pricing games. Recently, though, it has been harder to watch because the setups have been much harder... this game is pretty hard as it is, considering the numerous options a contestant must consider while walking the Path, and do-overs for mistakes are not guaranteed as one must also figure out SP prices to get those. And lately, Mike has increased the difficulty of this game by 1. making the second digit choices all consecutive numbers, i.e. 5, 6, 7, 8, which can easily eat up the do-overs right there, 2. making the ARP hard or deceptive past the second digit, and/or 3. making the SPs hard or deceptive.

But even with those problems, this game remains a favorite. The design of the game is good, and having to earn do-overs with SPs, as hard as it makes the game, makes it unique and more interesting. Probably what I love most about the game, though, are its ultra-cool set and unique sounds. It really is like no other game on the show.

10/10 overall.

Pathfinder was always fun.  It's one of the more challenging car games, but that doesn't necessarily make it bad!  Having three do-overs certainly makes the game fair.

9/10, if only due to it being easily manipulated to being near-impossible
