Flip one switch and leave it on for a long time, then turn it off.  Turn on another switch, then go to the room.  Look at the light.  If it is on, then it is the 2nd switch.  If it is off, feel it.  If it is hot, then then it is the first switch  (meaning it was on at one point).  If it is not hot, then it is the third switch (meaning it was never on).
