I think I'm in my own little group here, but I really didn't find On the Spot bad AT ALL. In fact, I actually liked it. It wasn't that hard to understand at all:
3 paths
3 prices per path.
6(?) small prizes on a table
Choose a path and tell Bob the prizes that match the prices on THAT path in order.
If you're wrong, choose another path

That's very easy. And to add to my (soon to be public beating and burial) I didn't think it LOOKED that bad either. I liked the rope lights on the prize table. I thought it was a great concept and seen no problem with the execution (only thing I'd have changed would've been leaving the prices on the paths as they were with the first playing).

I give On the Spot an 8.5/10

The colors almost gave me eye damage! That alone knocks off a few points. The rest of the game wasn't really bad, just poor execution.

5/10

I apologize for Topic Bumping but i wanted to review this.

I liked On the Spot, the concept of the game was great, although they should have gave the contestant a 2nd chance on a path

I didn't mind the overload of colors. It didn't bother my eyes.

Rating: 9/10

From the playings I've seen on youtube, I don't think this game is that bad.   However, it was totally crippled by the price mat.   The fact that the three 'paths' were so small, that the spots and money amounts were so tiny, and that there was nothing to indicate when a path could no longer be used made the game more confusing and lacklustre than it should've been.

I think this game needed almost a copy of the tiles used in Pathfinder, although circular ones would've been ideal if available.  The spots are all lit at the start with each path a different colour, then the lights go out on a path if they get a price on that path wrong.

concept 8/10
execution 2/10

I agree, bro. The prop they used looked like a cheap "Twister" mat. I always thought the idea for the game was good, but the prop was terribly cheap-looking. It also bugged me that when someone lost, the "correct" price for the item they'd been searching for often went unrevealed.

This was an okay game to me.
The Set design was okay but the colors were cool.
Just being frustrating when a contestant couldn't even guess the prices of the small prize items in order to win the Car.
I think there were more loses than wins in this game.
"Say whatever you want to about me, my artwork, etc, I don't really care.
If you don't want me or even like me, then I'm DAMN sure am not gonna let myself want OR
like YOU !"

^ That's my message to all you haters and people who are negative when it comes to me.
