WBZ 4 in Boston. Also known as the "we have special reports to tell you that it's raining outside" channel... ::sigh::

I can't tell you how many showcase reveals I've missed for various news bulletins, most of which really could have waited another few minutes until noon. And the one time that they came back from the special report...

...right into a Hoveround commercial. :-D

WGCL ("CBS 46") in Atlanta. (46 or 986 on DirecTV).

Same as Ccook, WGCL 46 Atlanta.  We also can see TPIR on WDEF 12 Chattanooga (I love our cable system.....we get both Atlanta and Chattanooga stations -- perfect in case one goes out.  :-) )

I watch TPIR on CHCH Hamilton channel seventeen when I record it.  When I'm home to watch the show, I watch on WBZ4.  That way, if they decide to pre-empt, I can flip to CH fast enough; and it has happened before.

Hey Nick, I watch it on CH from Hamilton as well (channel 11)!  But sometimes when I miss it then on my off-days, I watch it on KIRO from Seattle at 1pm.  I have digital cable and can pick up stations from there.

I sometimes tape it when I'm at school or work, but I always find it nice to come here and read the recaps so I can find out what happened that day

I get CHCH on Channel 10 and CBS (Buffalo 4) on Channel 17. Whenever I watch PiR, I use 17 but its CHCH anyways.

Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

Nice replies here.  I didn't realize how many Canadian viewers like myself were on here!

Back in early 1986, while CBS of course had TPIR at 11 am (ET), it aired at 5 pm on a number of stations in Ontario.  Then-CBC affiliates CFPL 10 in London and CKNX 8 in Wingham (smallest town in Canada to have its own TV station) as well as CITY-TV in Toronto all carried it at 5.  I think it was later in 1986 when it moved from CITY to CFTO 9 (CTV) in Toronto, while staying on CFPL until about 1992.  The New Price is Right (Doug Davidson) also aired on CFPL at 5:30 pm, and at some strange late hour on WUAB from Cleveland.  CHCH has had the Toronto and Kitchener-London rights since about 1991 or 92.  CKCO had it at one point in the early 90s as well.

In Rochester, NY, WOKR 13 (ABC) had the daytime syndicated version in 1986.

To the guy who watches TPIR on WOIO: I feel sorry for you!
