(Ooh, look.  Double Post.)

THIS IS OFFSITE PRICE IS RIGHT PILOT 1.  VTR DATE: 8-14-06. OAD TBD.  TAKE 1.

*Same old opening*

CHRIS JACOBS: Here it comes!  Something that no other website on earth has.  The totally original, totally Offsite Price is Right!

Punchboard91, COME ON DOWN!

Gatorman, COME ON DOWN!

LiteBulb88, COME ON DOWN!

and CampDaddy90, COME ON DOWN!  You are the first four contestants on the

And now, here's the host of the Price is Right, JOE MELLO!

Why thank you, everyone.  Welcome to you people at home.  Welcome to you people in the studio.  I welcome everyone to Offsite Price is Right.  We have four players ready and raring to go, so let's give them a prize that they can win!

It's a new washer and dryer. *applause*
From Siemens, a 3.8 cubic-foot Front-Load Washer with 8 interactive specialty cycles.  Plus a 6.7 cubic-foot 11-cycle dryer with stainless steel drum and anti-wrinkle feature.

That would be a nice prize for one of you to win and you will win it, as long as your the closest to the actual retail price of that washer/dryer without going over.  If you are that person, you'll come up here to play a pricing game for even nicer stuff and perhaps even make your way all the way to the Showcase where you can win tens of thousands of dollars including $25,000 cash!

Place your bids in dollars, please, because we round our prices to the nearest dollar.  CampDaddy90 is in the 1st position and thusly will bid first.

The bids are in.  Someone's about to win a washer AND a dryer.  The actual retail price is.....$1,800! Punchy, come up here with me.

Punchy, please join me next to these Big Doors.  You're about to play a pricing game, and this is what you can win!

It's a Best Buy gift card! *applause*

There are thousands of great ideas at your local Best Buy, and you'll be able to get yours both in-store and online at bestbuy.com, with this gift card worth FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!

And in order to win that, you'll get to take part in one of the things that makes Offsite Price is Right different from anyone else: one of our vast number of original games.  Your game is called "Shoot The Moon".  All you have to do is properly price four out of five items and you win the gift card, but if you can get the first four correct, you'll be given the chance to Shoot The Moon and win a cash bonus, but we'll get to that later.

For each item, your guess has to be within $1 above or below to be right.  Be careful, though, as a single mistake cuts your range in half for the rest of the game.  Here's the first item you'll have to price and Chris is going to tell you about it.  Chris.

A 4 oz. bag of Corn Nuts.  The crunchy snack that's hard to resist.  It's corn gone wrong!

Price it within $1 and we're on our way.

All right.  He says $1.99.  The price is...........ninety-nine cents!  That's a difference of exactly

*ding ding*

One dollar!  Boy, that counts as a correct guess, but that's the razor's edge.  Let's hope you have a better guess on this next prize.  Chris.

1 3/4 oz of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly. Help heal dry skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and remove eye make-up without irritation.  Vaseline, a name you've known for upmteen years.

The range is still $1, but don't cut it so close.
