If Drew indeed use a strong profanity on the air, we'd already know about it and CBS would have been fined very heavily (remember the so-called "wardrobe accident" involving Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson on live TV?).

Umm... that was thrown out by the 3rd circuit earlier this year... and "sh*t" would not exactly, in the FCC's words, "be pervasive as to amount as 'shock treatment' to the audience," especially a mention or two that most of the audience didn't even catch on the first time around.

Still, it is not excusable that this wasn't caught by the editors. On a sidenote, isn't that controlled by CBS, and not Fremantle?
