Dice Game is pretty awesome!  Although it is mostly a luck-based game, it does involve some bit of strategy.  The colors are pretty cool, and they're not much of an eyesore.  This game can have some very painful losses, expecially on the last number!

It still amazes me, though that people do not understand that there are NO numbers over 6 and NO zeros. It bothers me all the time that people cannot remember that!! haha

Get set to roll the dice! I'm reviewing this game next in my review crusade. I always liked this game for some reason - maybe with the notable playings. Here goes the review:

Dice Game is a simple game where you roll die to find the price of the car, one digit at a time, except the first (which is given for free). You have to roll a number on the die, and if it is wrong, you guess if it's higher or lower. No zeroes or sevens, eights, or nines are in the price of the car. If the number is exactly right, you skip the guessing part on that digit). The set that debuted in December 1989 is one of the best sets on the show. If you roll a one or six and that's wrong, you know it's higher or lower, respectively. It's been a personal favourite because of how simple the gameplay is. The reveal portion is always suspenseful - forget One Away's reveal. (remember the 2002 Dice Game loss or 19th season premiere loss? Both painful)

I also like how close some of the playings of Dice Game is. The frequency used to be seemingly every week, but it's tamed (Card Game was notorious for this as well, which is also tamed.) I'm going to give Dice Game a 9/10. It's a great game with a lot of suspense in the dice. (literally) I always liked the beginning of the game for some reason (with the models wheeling the dice part, and the dice fadeaway)

The moment you see that spinning die transition from the car, you know the game of the day is Dice Game!

This game combines luck with skill and pulls it off right. After rolling each of the five dice, guess if the number shown is higher or lower (if it's wrong). If you land on a 3 or 4, it can be real risky, which adds to the fun.

The original rules allowed for the numbers 1-0 to appear in the price. Later in the run, they only allowed for numbers 1-6, and no zeroes, to appear, making the game much more fair, which was a smart move in my book.

The original Dice Game set looked really cool with the flashing letter lights, and I like the dice logo used in the current set. Both sets utilize a cheesy Vegas-like theme, with fits perfectly with the atmosphere.

Final Score: 8.5/10

You can luck into insta-winning this game.  You can bone yourself with all 3's or 4's.  It's almost entirely luck-based.  It allows for some good drama, though, as those numbers light up.

This is one of my all-time favorite "TPiR" Car games !
I love the whole setup, amazing colors and I especially like the big red dice, it's a really funny game to play, especially when it's won !

If you don't want me or even like me, then I'm DAMN sure am not gonna let myself want OR

Dice Game is one of my favorite car games. It's got the right mix of luck and skill. Each digit has a 33% or 50% chance of being automatically right, which helps the contestant without making the whole game too easy. Usually there's one or two tricky digits where the contestant has to make a tough decision, and there's tension at the reveal. That's what you want in a pricing game. Dice Game is never boring.

I don't like that they give you the first digit. They should make you earn that, because it's pretty easy anyway. 1 is automatically right; 2 or higher is either correct or obviously lower. If you can't tell the difference between a $1X,XXX car and a $3X,XXX car you don't deserve to win.

I rate it 9/10.

Then what would be the point of wasting time rolling for it?
