Nice job!  Thanks!  :-D

Agreed...except the Italian national currency isn't/wasn't the Pound (£)

Not to sound smarmy (and I apologize if I do), but the Lira & Pound signs are quite similar (Lira: ₤, Pound: £).

actually the symbol for the lira was was the same for the british pound, but  "Lit" or simply "L." were more common, to avoid mistakes.

However, because a british pound was worth about 3000 lire, one could tell them apart by counting the zeroes  :-D

...plus, Iva was mad at contestants who omitted "...thousands" after each bid during Clock Game

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle.

I honestly had no idea about the "pound with an extra dash" being the symbol for Lire. Once it was pointed out, I see it in the recap.

I humbly apologize and will be in the corner eating my hat.

don't worry, down here nobody really cares for an extra dash or two, expecially when associated to a currency that stopped being legal tender like 6 years ago.

I actually knew of that symbol thanks to the Arial currency fonts-- it has the lira as one of them.

£ is a similar symbol because the Roman unit for weight was Libra and 1lb in Silver used to mean £1 in sterling.
