Well, with me being a music major as well and listening to it, the repeated parts of the theme  are similar, but not the same if follows an "A, B, C, D, C, D, C" pattern.
A is the 1st iteration of the theme
B is the 2nd iteration of the theme ( begins with the short drum roll)
C is the bridge portion
D is the 3rd iteration of the theme

The audio enthusiastic of us can identify the variants of the theme, especially within the bass line...

I don't have them. Stan likes you better than me.

Seriously, one of Score Productions' trademarks is (or at least used to be) its great horn arrangements, particularly trombones. There is a lot of great trombone work in the early TPIR cues.

Chris -

I'm sure SOMEONE besides Stan can play it out for you next time you are at the studio (without me being there to ask and or que it up on spoton)(grin), It sounds really good.. I hope it gets used on a future night time special..

anyway, as we both know Score hadn't nothing to do with the current recordings of the theme (other than continuing to get paid when they played)
