It's been almost four years since I last hosted a full episode, and I'm so glad that Host Your Own has been revived so that I can get this show underway! I'm still in shock how the last show ended (with a million-dollar DSW), but I'm ready to resume my series right now. Some elements of the series will remain the same (48-hour time limit, wheel spinning procedures, etc.), but I will also add some new ones, like the unveiling of my own set; hopefully you'll like what's coming to you.
First things first: I will need at least nine players to sign up, and the TPG is also returning, where you guess the six games that will be played on this episode. The pool of available games is as follows:

I'd like to see the addition regarding original games; I've created a few games myself (as you saw in Episode 24), and I probably will make a few more in the future, but not before reading said guideline.

I'm really confused at this setup, but I'm tempted to say pudding. Normally, had it just been the Jell-O packages and the crackers, I would have been tempted to say that the Jell-O packages are less than $1.50, while the crackers would be around $3. However, since apparently the marshmellows are the least expensive thing (with less items than the Jell-O making that instantly make the top row the wrong choice the way Teddy explained it), and I think they are around $2, I feel that the Jell-O is the way to go here.

Well, the marshmallows must be wrong, as they're cheaper than the pudding and there are fewer of them than there are puddings. I'm not sure what to tell you about the pudding or cracker choice, though.

The three newest pricing games in the rotation (Vend-O-Price, Hot Seat, Gridlock!) made their HYO debuts here. Also, all of the other three games were played for the second time, with only Check Game seeing the opposite result from its initial playing (a loss in Episode 9). Card Game was also lost in Episode 11, and Clock Game was also won in Episode 14.
In preparation for the return, I created a new set and graphics over the summer, because I didn't want to host again without a full suite of them. As before, I will play retired games in addition to the active ones, as well as my own creations, which I will also do graphics for eventually, but I will no longer play the fan-created ones that were on BigJon's PC game, considering that he apparently plagiarized those ideas (and also, how he antagonized cu2010, Prizes and the other moderators on this site). Let me know what you think of the new graphics; I would really appreciate the feedback.
In future episodes, I will do episodes based on Big Money Week and Dream Car Week, as well as April Fool's Day and maybe a throwback show using the lineup from a Barker-/Carey-hosted episode. However, the first two shows will be renamed Big Money Special and Dream Car Special, respectively, with all six games offering cash prizes in the first example and more-expensive cars in the other.
I was going to use all five models for this episode, but given Amber's pregnancy issues, I decided to leave her out. However, this was Devin's first episode, so there you have it.

Great show Teddy! Yeah, although the graphics looked nothing like the real thing, they still looked fantastic. Kudos for putting your own spin on the prop designs.

Also, since a few have asked: so long as there remains interest, and so long as I continue to receive scripts, the Host Your Own section will remain open. Participation has been far better than I anticipated upon its return, and I'm glad to be able to revive and restore the tradition for a new generation.
Likewise, we've had a decent crop of hosts so far, but there's always room for more! Keep those scripts coming, and if you have any questions or need help, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'll respond as soon as I can. I want to see those creative and wacky original ideas... those are the most fun! Hopefully I can find some time to get a script ready and do another show myself... it's been far too long...

I'm glad that the HYO section will continue into the upcoming Season 48, and I intend to continue hosting for as long as we can keep it going.
I've looked at the graphics of other hosts' shows, and most of those don't look like those on the actual show, but creativity counts, and I commend them for experimenting with different fonts and shapes. BTW, my laptop also served as the first IUFB, so I guess it was somewhat intentional that my show started out this way. My graphics are part of a presentation that I put together over the summer, titled "My TPIR Creations", and you should expect more in the coming episodes.
Let's send in those scripts and make the rebooted HYO as successful as it can be! I actually like having just one host at a time, so I can follow their show from time to time. Special thanks to my fellow hosts and players for their continued success, and hopefully it'll stay that way for years to come. Now it's time for me to work on a new script and send it in...
And another thing: Good luck to Drew & Company in the upcoming Season 48! May it be another great one!
