Secret X for a car blatantly inserted to get a loss (although I guess it was semi-cool to see that for the first time since 1998)
Did Drew call Connor his "son"? I thought he was his ex-girlfriend's child. Drew is neither his biological nor his adoptive father. But then again, I could tell that Drew cared less about what Connor did throughout the show.......And even though I don't have anything against Drew or Connor, but if he can't keep his kid in check, then maybe he shouldn't bring him back again. For all our sakes anyway.
And I'm pretty sure Connor blocked the Push Over contestant from seeing the reveal. If they're going to use him on the show, they should teach him where to stand and what to do, not just let him wander around aimlessly.
I'd rather see him on this show than Daniel Goddard, that's for damn sure.

I'd rather see him on this show than Daniel Goddard, that's for damn sure.I'm curious as to why you feel this way - all I really ever see Daniel do is model/flip price tags. He may not necessarily add anything to the show, but he doesn't take away from it, either.
Can't you tell? Model's are only supposed to be females! :roll:Let's be honest... there really is no need for a male model on The Price is Right.
Let's be honest... there really is no need for a male model on The Price is Right. And there's been no need for a letter turner on Wheel of Fortune in 15 years.

Okay, I'll open the can of worms. Why not?It comes off as desperate for ratings and out of place.
Then maybe it's time they brought back the Model Search contest again. I know it has been 3 years since that happened, but it'll be good for Mike to add more fresh and FEMALE faces and quit finding some lame-ass excuse to keep using Goddard.
You would skip right over the two posts above his.
^ There is a big difference between male Price is Right models and Vanna's duties on Wheel, and in no way do they have anything to do with each other.Vanna models prizes and reveals answers. Daniel models prizes and reveals answers. Real big.
Not to mention it seems like another reason to break 30+ year tradition because they can. Not to mention Drew feels the need to plug him 43257836 times every time he's on the show. Some traditions deserve to be broken, not to mention that it is the most frivolous tradition. It worked for 39 years, but that doesn't mean it was some stigma that Roger and Bob specifically set in place.
It comes off as desperate for ratings and out of place.Yes, because being #1 in viewers is real desperate.

We're comparing, here, at least, whether a show should have male models to a whether a show should even have a model.
The really sucky attempt at male modeling in Season 39 also left a bad taste in my mouth, and set in my mind that I never again wanted to see a male model.
So, guilt by association? Maybe. Do I care? No.
Remember who thought this was a good idea.
The Daniel Goddard card is actually one that Richards & Co. have played right during their tenure as producers. His role is minimal: he appears maybe 4 or 5 times per show--usually modeling prizes that are genuinely more "masculine" (power tools, motorcycles, etc.); doesn't speak unless he's spoken to and, perhaps most importantly, he keeps his shirt on.
I totally agree. This is one of the few things Mike & Co. have managed to get right.Well, in some way, that is true. Sometimes Goddard is actually O.K.......In small doses, anyway.
