And 23rd birthday of the CBS Ray Combs Feud :) A few other daytime game shows premiered on this week(notably Match Game 73 and the original Scrabble), and Big Showdown and MOney Maze ended on ABC 36 years ago today.

Happy Birthday, America! You may have some new wrinkles and scars here and there because you've been going through a few rough patches, but for a 235 year old country, you're gorgeous! :) And, of course, a belated Happy Canada Day to my home and native land, looking just as beautiful as it did 144 years ago. :)

It's nice that our two countries have birthday celebrations so close to each other, especially for the Canadians: we find good July 4th retail deals down there, lol!
