North Korea: Some dark place somewhere with pictures of the leader, no matter what your guess is, it's either right/wrong as determined by the people in charge, not by if it is actually right or wrong, and the audience is silent during the entire taping (unless told to speak).

Greece: (2013 Version): 2009 French set with UK Showcase format. Ranges 250 to 1500 if never played for a car. 500 3000 if played for a car.
Sweden: There own Set with UK Showcase format. Ranges 2500 to 10000
